Welcome to St John the Baptist Roman Catholic Primary School.

We are a one form entry school in the centre of Rochdale and we are proud to be part of the local community.

Our families come from many different countries and over 32 different languages are spoken at our school. Every family is given a warm St John the Baptist welcome, and the staff team workhard to give our children the very best education we can offer.

We ensure that our children, in this diverse and multicultural community, grow and develop in the light of Jesus and encounter God each day. Children thrive here, and tell us they enjoy their lessons and all the exciting opportunities we offer. We encourage outdoor learning and children have access to forest school, gardening, a wildlife habitat, running track and much more!

Our children learn that achieving high comes with hard work and they rise to this challenge every day.
